It was my first time here and I had a great experience! Lupita was very nice, she did my haircut and I really liked the cut and the way she styled it!

Annaliese! Sweet Annaliese styled my 93 yo MIL hair twice this past month, color/cut/style. MY MIL is hard of hearing and fragile when it comes to moving around, she suffered a stroke at year ago, it's difficult at times for her to express herself. Annaliese takes the time to listen, she's kind and has a sparkling warmth that made my MIL so comfortable. My MIL has fine thin hair(so she didn't have a lot to work with), however she left the salon looking beautiful each time.
They have an employee who makes her living off of tips but can’t tip a delivery driver delivering her @JimmyJohns order. I was paid $1.50 to deliver her food and it took 20 minutes to get it to her. Don’t tip their employees because they don’t need the extra money. Stand up against these people. Pay for your hair care they’ve made it clear that no tipping is okay. Her name is Janice. Don’t ever tip her because she won’t tips you if the roles are reversed
Hair Cutters In The Park is a HUGE disappointment. The woman on the phone this morning was incredibly rude. Today is the third time an appointment was rescheduled the DAY of. I complained about this and asked that this not happen again. I understand people get sick, but if this is a repeated problem and the same appointment has been rescheduled over and over again, then this isn't okay.
