I just had a wonderful walk in appointment. Everyone was super friendly, my stylist hooked me up and I am super happy with my hair cut. I love that she didn't up sell me, I asked for a recommendation and am so happy with the suggestion. And, as a Karen (in name only), I am always scared to ask for service. LOL. Seriously, everyone was super nice and it was a chill service. I will definitely be back.
This is probably one of the worst salons in the area. We’ve been coming here for years as the prices and work is decent enough for a salon like this. However, our experience today makes me sure that we will never be coming back. We came at about 2:30ish and were told that the wait would be about 20 minutes which makes sense. We proceeded to wait about 40 minutes as they served people who came wayyy after us which was incredibly rude.
