Didn't honor my appt. I was the 3rd person on a list of 5 and was told I had to wait until everyone else was helped. Even though I had an appt that should have put me 1st. Absolute trash place.

I used to go there all of the time. This place had great customer service. I hadn't been in about a year. One lady doing the job of the receptionist and stylist. She was giving a perm. Told me it would be about 20 minutes. So I was on my lunch went back then she said another hr. So I wasted my lunch. The employee had an attitude as if I was bothering her. This place used to be very good it's went down hill

Poor customer service! Went there as a walked-in. One hairdresser, working on the customer's hair. She told us to signed in and we did. We're the only ones there other than the one who's already there. 30mins LATER and the hairstyles hasn't even came over to greet or asked us anything. Who knows how long she's already spent working on the other customer. WORSE place ever!!🙄

When in here ask for a haircut. The lady walked around combed my hair measure it out like she was going to cut it and would not cut she ended up taking two snippets of hair off the back. You literally when I stood up. She did not give me a trim or a haircut and charged me for it. If they had less than a star. I would bet money she's not even licensed
