I’ve been going to haircuts ltd for a long time. Everyone is wonderful. Called yesterday to make an appointment with Andrea.Asked for a call back for a reminder. Caitlyn called me after the salon was closed. Above and beyond excellent customer care…
Walked in and was told to make an appointment for one hour later. Not friendly. Upon returning at appointment time, waited 30 more minutes. Sub-par kids haircut. Didn't cut as requested. Will not be returning.
