This lady hates customers. 1. She cut off over 2 inches when I specifically told her I am growing out my hair. Half a of growth gone. She just chopped my hair however she wanted. 2. She is busy watching Vietnamese fashion videos and talking to her friends while cutting hair. She's not focused on the customer. She's in Autopilot doing what she wants, not what the customer wants.
Horrible experience, I don’t recommend this place. The lady chopped my hair off, she didn’t bother to listen to my request. The worst experience of my life.

Great place for hair cut.
Asked for a low taper fade, but the stylist only responded with “1 or 2.” I asked what that meant, and she said “short or medium.” I said medium, and still ended up with the shortest buzz cut I’ve ever had. Completely ignored what I asked for. Won’t be coming back.
