Monica is exceptional. Every time I’ve gone she has made me happier than I expected by honoring what I want and also sometimes kindly offering suggestions that I end up loving. I have recommended nearly 10 people to her and they all love her as much as I do!

Although I've only had one haircut with Monica, I know I'll be sticking with her, and there are a few reasons why. The scheduling system is super easy—I can book an appointment anytime without having to call, leave a voicemail, or text. Also, Monica is the kind of person who genuinely wants to hear if you have any concerns. She's very chill and takes pride in her work, always focused on finding a resolution rather than getting defensive. Her prices are fair, and most importantly, my new haircut looks absolutely fabulous!
