You book one service and they do another service without check with the client , then the bill is double of what you expected,
After reading a reply by an employee to a negative review, I am glad I didn't book an appt and NEVER will. It is truly disgusting that an employer would reply the way they did publicly especially when they knew the person and SHOULD have talked in person.
After contemplating for 1+ year, I decided to post this review hoping that it will benefit someone like me in the future. Long story short, I went to Haircut 1000 on Oct 22 2021 for a color and a keratin treatment (I paid $215.15 including tax). The color came out perfect, However, the Keratin was gone after the first wash. I contacted the salon right away and inquired what could be done.
