Went for a colour correction with Lindsay before the Christmas break 2024. I understood it was a process to undertake, however, the colour was over processed in areas and extremely darker than I had wanted (almost black and I was aiming for light to medium brown). I called after my first few washes to rebook in to lighten up at least partially as my roots are coming in much lighter. Highly recommend this salon! They are all about customer satisfaction. Claudia did my hair and made sure I was happy with it. They were so accomodating as well. Will be returning for sure!!
Just got my hair cut by Lindsey and she did a wonderful job. I’m very pleased and will definitely be back.
I am so impressed with this hair salon!! I found out about this place from a friend and decided to try it out. The facility was clean, well maintained and the staff was so nice and very supportive. They provided me with great advice on how I should take care of my hair and what products are best for me based on my goals and hair type. I was very impressed with my new short layered bob haircut and I think it is my favourite haircut I've ever had. Thank you so much HairCraft!!!
