Jo is an absolute gem. I don’t know anyone who knows curly hair and how to cut to compliment your face shape quite like Jo. For many years, (like most people who have curly hair) I couldn’t stand my curls. Nobody knew what to do with them, how to style or cut them. It wasn’t until I started working with Jo that I was able to embrace my curls and even love them. Trust Jo! She has dedicated her life to the curl!
One of the very best curly haircut’s of my life! Jo really understands curly hair and tamed my unruly frizzy locks with carefully placed snips of her scissors. She kept my length and shaped the cut to accentuate it. I highly recommend her for both women and men. Well worth the initial “first time” customer fee. If your hair is curly she is the curly hair expert you are looking for. I’ll be back for a refresh in a few months.
I recently got my first curly haircut with Jo, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I’m so happy with my hair after seeing Jo! She was very attentive during our consultation. I had been thinking about getting bangs for awhile, but was nervous about the change. She gave me exactly what I wanted. At first I thought they were too long, but after washing and styling at home they came out perfect and I’m so glad she was conservative with the length. Jo has been cutting my hair for years. The every 3-4 month cuts initially helped me grow out my gray and gave me confidence to wear my hair longer to show off my curls. After fighting my curls for decades, she has given me curl pride. She is not only a great stylist, but also a great human being. I highly recommend her.
