I paid \$25 plus tip of \$3.5 just as courtesy even though the hair cut was not satifying and the lady who cut my hair was very rude about it. I didnt even express that my hair cut was bad, but she still behaved in a very rude way. Probably I was paying too much for it.Dont even bother thinking about visiting this place. It seems the good people who made this place reputable are all gone and the new amateurs who have taken over dont have any clue about their work.
I see Julie at the Carmel Commons location and she is wonderful! Ive actually had her doing my hair for over 5 years now and have followed her here! I cant comment on the other stylists but I would recommend Julie to anyone - shes fab!!!!

Dont even bother to go to this place even if if you get a haircurt for free.I had to wait for 15 mins for no good reason even though there was just one customer in the shop. On the top, the girl who cut my hair was least interested in doing her work properly. She took no more than 5 mins to cut my hair and before I could realise, I was off the seat. When I told her that this is not what I expected, she became hostile and said whatever. Probably this place is managed by high unprofessional people. So dont expect anything but ... read more
This was the most pathetic experience of my life, I went there on someones recommendation. First, they made me wait for no good reason even though the stylist was completely free and there was just one customer getting the hair cut. Probably the stylist didnt understand the english language properly or she was an illiterate or just completely dumb. She took not more 6 minutes to cut my hairs (in fact she spent more time to wash my hair).
