Pretty upset, purchased the best bundles they had in the store. The hair is horrible. It does not keep a curl and it sheds horribly. Will not purchase again!

Spent 300 dollars on a wig couldn’t have it installed once by a hairstylist I try to install it myself and I go to cut the ear pieces off hair a lot of hair starts falling out .300 dollars for something I could not even put on my head .

The owner here is so rude now I know why there's no customers in the store. Immediately when I walked in he looked like he was annoyed. Just sitting in his lazy boy chair. When me and my two teenage daughters were looking at hair he snapped at us that there's no trying on the wigs, and their new two wigs so I'm not going to let them buy a wig if it doesn't look right. The owner was attentive and make sure I got the advertised promotion (I just had a screenshot of his store's flyer). Since I'm unfamiliar with many of the terms, he clarified and allowed time to make the correct choice. There were not only hair/wig options but haircare products and accessories as well.
