I called to make an appointment for a highlight and the receptionist, Cassie, was very short with me and did not make me feel like I was wanted as a customer. She said something along the lines of "oh well I guess Amanda could squeeze you in really quick, she probably has time" If someone is going to be highlighting my hair I want to know they have the proper amount of time to do a good job.
