Been going to Vonda since October 24’ when I chopped a few inches. Keep up with my monthly appointments and those inches plus some have already grown back. 100% recommend for natural hair care services.
I’ve been coming to Vonda for a couple of years and she has always got me together. She’s always timely and accommodating and very pleasant. I would recommend her services to anyone. She’s a master at everything she does and she does it with pride and she’s very precise. She even squeezed me in a few times when I was on a time crunch. On top of doing great hair, she’s also a great person and personally thats what makes the experience even better.
I asked if she would change my service on the app because I pressed the wrong service, but she made me pay $102 for a basic silk press which is listed as $85, and a trim is listed as $25 she charged me $30 for, AND added a tip of $5.00 (which I did not consent to). In total I payed $112 PLUS a deposit fee of $25.00, which totals $137. I do not appreciate the disrespect of making me pay me more when we agreed on something different. Will not be coming back.
