This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salon. I booked a hair color appointment through Groupon, and just 30 minutes before my appointment, Karien texted me saying she would be late. By then, I was already at the salon waiting. She then sent another ridiculous excuse claiming she’d be even later. Completely unacceptable. It’s obvious she does not respect Groupon customers and has zero sense of professionalism. Loved Karien and my haircut! Karien is a total sweetheart, made me feel very comfortable in her care. I wanted bangs and she did her magic, along with layers. The price was really reasonable, I highly recommend her!
My favorite hairstylist, so kind and does incredible work
Karien does awesome work. She is a blonde magician. I would recommend anyone to sit in her chair. Also she’s funny & her prices are very reasonable, about half of what I was paying at my last salon!
I had a very disappointing experience. She claimed there were no appointments available unless I agreed to pay extra. Also very rude on phone.
