Not sure what to say. But all the reviews about the Kind person she is or customer service m… might ought to be challenged I was never responded to… she asks you to reach out to her before ever buying. Groupon, which is shady, I get. But I can’t blame her, grpn sucks. Called VcM says to text her she’ll respond quicker. It’s been three days and this is an emergency. Haha. Purchased a Groupon and contacted her before she even sees my hair she said she needs to charge a small additional fee because my hair is thick. That is the last thing anyone can tell for my hair, my hair is average and even thin comparing to so many other. I have been going to hairdressers long time never been charged extra because my hair was considered thick. Think twice if you are going to get a Groupon with this vendor.

Doesn’t know how to color Hair only does haircuts despite advertising she is a professional. She ruined my hair and colored it red and out of nowhere yelled and screamed at me and began chasing me out of the salon to hit me before staff intervened.
