I had such an amazing experience at HairBae while at my blowout appointment. Michelle was incredibly patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. My hair was super tangled when I came in, and instead of making me feel embarrassed, she handled it with so much care and professionalism. I was a first time client and showed up on time for my appointment. Upon my arrival, the stylist told me he would be running 35-40 minutes late for my appointment. A phone call in advance of my arrival would have been helpful.
