I booked in advance for my prom hairstyle, I had requested over the phone that they do a dramatic curling style and the operator assured that this was completely achievable however upon arriving I was told that I'd only been booked for a wash and that the style I was hoping for just wasn't possible. I paid 120 dollars with that was nowhere close to what I wanted, my hair was flat before my event and I was left with a terrible experience.
