Penny Anderson is awesome!! Penny worked really hard to get my hair to the color I wanted. The first go 'round did not work, but she stayed with it and today it all came together. I have been trying to get this color for years and my previous stylist said she could not get it to the platinum I wanted. Boy have I got news for her!!!!
