Pushed my appointment time later then refused to give my deposit back when she re- scheduled my appointment last minute due to being “frazzled” with our conversation. Hour drive , half day off work later: she lacked care and consideration for my time. Was unprofessional and condescending especially for being a 10 year stylist and business owner. She also has a previous review of someone else losing a deposit so this isn’t the first issue. Beware.
The best stylist! So happy with my Brazilian blowout. Highly recommended getting booked in with her. The booking process is so quick and easy. I was needing a last minute cut and color and she got me in so quick. Love the experience there! Made a new friend as well💛
