I went into this salon December of last year & had a not so great interaction with one of the stylist. Between then I had my hair turn out horrible from another salon, after the owner contacting me recently I decided to go back in and give it another try & I'm glad I did. Today I had Jamie do her thing to get me back to a more natural color with no green tint coming through like it has been doing & she exceeded my expectations. Yesterday I went and had my hair done by Shalynn who did an amazing job! I went in with awful brassy, red hair that was long overdue for some attention and left with gorgeous, smokey, lavender. I was nervous going in as I have never really gotten something so different and I wasn't sure my hair was in a good enough condition for so much work but as I was explaining what I was hoping to achieve in the color she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to get there. Best hair salon .! they focused on every detail and gave my hair life again. Also all professional and experienced ladies.
I wrote a review about my first experience not being happy with the quality of the work done to my hair however the professionalism of the workers was great and she was so great to work with just didn't quite capture what I wanted.. well today I literally couldn't wait to get home, get on my computer to write about my experience I just had. I haven't even taken my shoes off yet. So within 2 hours of me saying I wasn't happy, the owner contacted me willing to fix it. Today... I went to Hair Works today and I could not be happier! I have tried for 7 years...7 YEARS, to get the hairstyle I got while stationed overseas. After many tries with other places and many fails at other places, today Jessica nailed it!! I love my hair again! Thank you and I found my stylist, finally.

I did have some issues with my morning appointment today however after I left my initial review and called the salon I recieved a call back from Erica the owner. She asked me to come back in to fix my hair the way I preferred. Erica and Amanda made everything right today. So I will be returning and I am a happy customer now :-)
