The owner Tracey is phenomenal and is very polite and acknowledgable. However, I had a issue with a stylist that works there independently as she stated Annie. My hairstylist was going to be out of town so she referred Annie. Annie told me to contact her on her phone and she would set up a time with me to dye my hair the next day. Daughter got her hair braided and a braid came out the 1st week. She wanted a little blonde in about 4 braids. Instead of giving me the remaining hair. The young lady kept it. In addition I asked about service and prices were changed on me. I did very much feel attacked. Those were the words used towards me lol. Too funny. Unfortunately I think colorism or in other words skin tone bias/prejudice, pigmentocracy, shadeism, color struck, and colorstruction played a role in how I was treated. Do better. Treat people better.

My son came to get his dreads retwisted and we were absolutely happy! His hair was treated with love and the service was on time and a little pricey but worth it 🩷
