Will not being coming back to this store. Lady at register was more concerned about watching video camera than assisting customers. When asking her for assistance, she pointed and said, “go look over there”. I already looked, that’s why I’m asking you.
I gave this business money for many years and today I’m looking at wigs and I’m being watched and followed around… and older lady asked me if I needed help and I said I’m still looking and she chuckles… then stays to watch me. I’m tired of coming to these hair stores and they act like you are going to steal… not coming here again.
One and only decent free standing store in Newark period. Not "only decent hair supply store" but " only decent store". I mean I can not stand Costco because of how over bearing they are with theft prevention, Walgreens is always understaffed and dirty.....add 100 more corporate stores that are tot trash. Give smaller businesses a chance to show corporates how it's done and they will do it. I'm very happy this store is around.
