Came in with a Groupon and asked to have 1-2 inches taken off, a “trim” I told her. I came in with hair 3 inches below my shoulder and left with some of my hair by my ears. I’m so sad. It will take me months to grow it out back to where I like it 😫
I'm afraid this was my unlucky day. I have never seen such a wax job done on me like this, The brows ...are so different from each other 1 is very wide the other is not quite finished. The hair cut was so ugly, I asked her 3 times to layer my hair! She gave me a very short bob! I am going back to show them the results. I look like pure hell. I can't go out for anything because of this cut.
