I came in for a balayage special Kaitlyn was offering and left with blotches of color all throughout my hair. Not only that but the bottom was over processed and is completely damaged now. My hair is a mess and I will need to wait before I can even get it fixed. I was able to get a refund which I appreciate but not before I was told that the reason it looked this way was because of the part in my hair. Which makes no sense. Also my cut was super crooked. Booking was easy, customer service was awesome very personal and home feeling. I Would recommend this salon to anyone

As a man who use to cut his own hair In the mirror, this is probably the worst cut I’ve ever had. To be fair, the barber wasn’t in so I just went with the stylist. Because it’s such a simple cut, I trusted her. Literally none of the cut is even, random lumps all over, long hairs still poking above the rest. Not to mention she used a 4 and 2 trimmer guard and it’s still not even?! Idk how that even happens to be honest. She also didn’t trim around my left ear.
