I had an amazing experience at this hair salon! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The haircut was done with great precision, giving me exactly the look I wanted. The keratin treatment was fantastic—my hair feels incredibly smooth, shiny, and healthy. Nina was professional, friendly, and made the entire process so enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

It was a total waste of money. I think I went in for a haircut only and but was sold a vegan keratin treatment which had 0.0 smoothing effect at all! It wore off only after a couple weeks and when I called to communicate that I was told it was my fault and I needed to buy more masks and products. I think I spent $6OO total and the treatment never worked and there was no remediation or customer service offered! I would never go back. Do your research so you don’t throw your money away.
