Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I went in with short black hair wanting a cherry-red color. I had already consulted with another salon and was told I did not need bleach, yet the stylist bleached my hair anyway. The bleach was left on so long that my scalp/head started burning and hurting. When I told her, she said it was good I mentioned it because my hair had gotten really “hot.” My hair was also bleached extremely unevenly. My sister went in with black, virgin hair and asked for a balayage. Instead, Kim bleached her entire head and didn't even tone it properly. Her hair is now damaged and a patchy, reddish-orange color. To make matters worse, she was charged $240 and denied a refund when she asked for one.

I had a terrible experience here and would not recommend this salon. I showed a clear inspiration photo of the brown hair I wanted with dimensional highlights. Instead, I left with very warm, reddish/ginger hair and basically none of the highlights I asked for. The final result looked nothing like the reference photo I showed. I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience here. I paid $240 and walked out with hair that looked completely different from what I asked for. I went in wanting a balayage and showed the stylist what I wanted. Somehow, my hair ended up being bleached, turned red/mahogany, then made darker, and then highlighted. Prices are high. Barber was trying to charge me more than usual price. Also staff kind of force you to pay tip as if tip is part of the price. Prices have to be announced and fixed.
