The owner recommended and sold me the wrong product. When I went back and nicely told her this wasn't the product I asked for, she tried to tell me they were the same things. Then I pointed the different labels out, to which she replied that her other customers are happy with the product she sold me (it might be a great product but it wasn't what I was looking for). 0 responsibilities or remorse shown.
Be careful what they recommend to you. Asked for a shampoo and conditioner and they gave us a shampoo and detangler. Noticed the detangler wasn't even close to a conditioner. Went back and she gave us attitude. I guess I shouldn't have expected anything else.
I brought some products in this store , the price is more expensive than others, and mis-selling the promotion.
Nice n warm place.
I had my hair cut and set there. Good style
