I had a consultation with Karen on 01/03/25. I was requesting a Balayage with a Gold blonde tone + Cut (just ends) and showed her some examples. She agreed that she could do it and we made an appointment on 01/08. One day before the upcoming appointment, she was asking for an example again, which I sent it to her. Seriously an answer to Prayer! Karen is Wonderful.. I came in with thoughts of a perm and cut. She was thoughtful and honest about the risk a perm might be due to the condition of my hair. I've been coloring at home for years...Not good! She helped me make educated decisions and a plan to improve the health of my hair in the long run. She did some coloring and a cut..and WOW!
