THEY ARE NOT KIND TO BLACKS. They follow you around the store and check your pockets before you leave. I was in there to look for Shea Moisture products for my natural hair. Their selection is limited so I decided to change my mind and put a product back where I found it. Me thinking I would go to another store to see the selection there , I was stopped and patted down. Then they told me to bring the product I put back on the shelf up to the register as proof that I didn’t steal it .
I’ve never felt more disrespected as a customer. I was wrongfully accused of stealing, with no proof, and put in an extremely embarrassing situation. Instead of handling things professionally, the staff chose to jump to conclusions and treat me like I had done something wrong. That kind of treatment is unacceptable. No customer should ever feel humiliated or singled out like that. Because of this experience, I will never return or spend another dollar here.
