Scarlet is very warm and welcoming. She made me feel comfortable and gave me a beautiful style. My hair is hard to blow dry because of my cowlicks yet she controlled it and temporarily colored my gray for a special occasion. I sent a coworker to have a consultation with her and they agreed on a balayage.
