I was giving the number to one of your Hair Stylist by a mutual friend. I sent the person a picture of what I wanted. She told me she could do this and told me how long it would take. I went into Hair Ties. I was so disappointing I almost cried. I was in shock. It was NOTHING like what I had asked for. I wanted most of my hair grey, with black streaks. She lighten my hair and gave me tinny blond high lights. It was awful. I will NEVER go back.
Shana is the best hair colorist i recommend her but overall they are the best place to go to for ANYTHING
