I can't express how unhappy I am. It's going to take years for my hair to grow back. Anne said she didn't take any off lenght but my hair is gone and so is my money.

Lady was very nice but seemed distracted and needs to work on her communication bc I ended up leaving without her finishing my cut, I came back but she still never cut the hair right around my face even after saying she was going to do face framing. Now it annoys me more and more each day but I don't want to go back for a THIRD time.

Unfortunately Ms Anne charged 200$ for keratin treatment but on the day of appointment she convinced me to get anti frizz and but she charged keratin treatment price of 200$. it was Amika Smooth over Pro. Online price is 30$. I was ready to forget but After shower my hair is just like before and it become more rough and weak. But the At the same time I would say her and her staff Attitude is Good. But I don’t like the work. I has been getting treatment from a long time but it was a worst experienced.

I went for business after hours andi didn't realize this diamond existed. The staff was great and the store was great. I will be going back.
