Wonderful results for hair color and style. Every time I have my hair colored by Lillian at Hair Studio & Spa, I will get so many compliments about how attractive it looks.
Three hours and $100 later, I left with a color nowhere close to what I requested. The bad result was one thing; the dishonesty and disrespect were unacceptable. I specifically warned the colorist, Christiana, that my #1 concern was hot roots, yet I ended up with very obvious orange hot roots. I have been a regular customer of Christina at this salon for hair color and cuts, but my recent experience was very disappointing. I went in only for a grey hair cover-up service, which was quoted at $100. However, without any prior explanation or confirmation, additional services were performed on my hair. I was not asked or informed about these treatments before they were applied. Nadiye is the best colorist and hairstylist ever! She has been a colorist for 27 years, and she explained everything really well, including after care as well!! She is very sweet and took care of my damaged hair and still gave me the look I wanted!! I highly recommend her !!
