DO NOT GO TO CAROL!! the coupon is not worth it. She did the most lazy work I have ever received at a hair salon, and not only that but messed up my bangs SO BAD. She gave me 90's bangs and an 80's bob, then shoddily blow dried my CURLY HAIR. She didn't even finish the job so my hair frizzed up like crazy. I showed her many pictures of what I wanted, showed up and she just lectured me on how hair care is like a plant, okay.... Anyways. Seriously take your business elsewhere if you want a cut that isn't out of the 80's

Had the Groupon for a haircut, shampoo and style with Carol. Was on time for my appointment but still waited 10 minutes before she took me back. All the stuff from her previous client was still out and not cleaned up. We didn’t sit and discuss what I wanted. I showed her a picture and was prompted to sit in the shampoo chair.
