Erika was absolutely amazing. It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she was so kind and patient with her. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with every question I had. When she cut my hair she was great and styled it just the way I do at home. All in all it was a great experience and I already booked another cut and color. Thank you Erika!

Katlin was down from another branch for today. I had an appointment for 11:30 and I was nervous to have somebody different cut my hair. I've never been to this place before. She gave me the most fantastic haircut I've ever had and I don't think I have one piece of hair on me. I will not need a shower right away. There was no hair in my face. She cut it a length that felt good and looked good and she was amazing. She was young too! I was impressed at how professional she was and how good she was.

Don't believe the sign that says "Walk-ins Welcome". There are never enough staff to handle anything but appointments. I called one day asking if there was an opening ASAP. The stylist said to come right away, so I was there in under 10 minutes. There were no other customers and 3 stylists, but they had assigned me to someone who was not ready to start.
