My barber in Johnstown moved back to saratoga and left me, yet again, looking for a good haircut. Albany/saratoga is a bit of a drive during the week so I tried HS1 again. Alexia took me in as a walk in. Cut my hair did a good job. I tipped $20 on a $20 dollar hair cut. I scheduled an appointment and it was canceled, rescheduled and show up 5 mins early. A friend of mine booked a haircut with Kaitlyn. She has been to her before and made a point to book on Friday as she knew Kaitlyn didn’t work on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. My friend was treated very badly and was truly upset. Kaitlyn was there and never spoke to her. Another lady cut her hair after Kaitlyn said to use a number 4 so, obviously, Kaitlyn remembered her.
