What a discovery - a truly warm European hair studio with reasonable pricing and memorable services. No one visits Mercedes once - they remind me of my time in Italy - there is an old world charm about Thomas and Mercedes and the entire staff. When I came home after my first visit, my wife was surprised that her husband started calling friends to tell them about his excellent experience. How rare these days to find a family owned business with these kind of values and respect for their guests.

I’m not a regular due to the fact that I live in Toronto and spend some time down here during the winter months. I was recommended to this hair salon by a fellow Canadian. I’m thrilled with the colour that klodia did for me. I went back to have a keratin treatment done and was so happy with the results. The staff were so friendly and engaging, and the products they use are really good. I was reading the reviews before I posted. Funny enough I was there when Amber came in. Enjoyed going to this salon until today when I received my second horrendous hair cut. I let the first bad cut slide, but can’t shake the second after I was name called by the manager. He told me to refer to myself as the “long hair particular girl” the next time I call; to me that sounds like you’re implying you have to ask your stylist for an even cut or else you’ll get a chop job. I mean, for $51 wouldn’t you expect an even trim? At this point you would think I wanted some elaborate cut that I had to be “particular” about... read more
