This salon offers a very nice atmosphere and everyone is quite friendly. One of their stylists, Maria, is what brings me here. She has been doing my hair for many years and no one has come close to her talent. Whether it be a question I have on making a change or getting a perm or what to do about the gray coming in, she always offers suggestions with utmost honesty. What a discovery - a truly warm European hair studio with reasonable pricing and memorable services. No one visits Mercedes once - they remind me of my time in Italy - there is an old world charm about Thomas and Mercedes and the entire staff. When I came home after my first visit, my wife was surprised that her husband started calling friends to tell them about his excellent experience. How rare these days to find a family owned business with these kind of values and respect for their guests.

I’m not a regular due to the fact that I live in Toronto and spend some time down here during the winter months. I was recommended to this hair salon by a fellow Canadian. I’m thrilled with the colour that klodia did for me. I went back to have a keratin treatment done and was so happy with the results. The staff were so friendly and engaging, and the products they use are really good. I was reading the reviews before I posted. Funny enough I was there when Amber came in.
