DO NOT GO THERE TO GET LAYERS I had waited a whole year to let my hair grow out and had a lot of split ends. Wanted shoulder length with soft layers and soft bangs. CAME OUT LOOKING LIKE IF A KID HAD CUT MY HAIR. The lady also had such a snobby attitude and comments about my hair. I usually cut my own bangs and they come out looking good but this lady cut my bangs too SHORT and didn't even brother blending it in. Absolutely ruined my hair.
