Don't believe the door -- walk-ins are NOT welcome. The most hostile non- service we have experienced. Storey: My husband and I opened the door, and the two hairdressers turned and looked at us in a way that reminded me of walking into a saloon on a western movie. Hostile. Suspicious. If I could give zero stars I would. Tatyana was the one who did my hair and she ruined it! She doesn’t know how to do curly hair at all. My hair is super patchy now and uneven. She cut so much hair off, more than I asked for and doesn’t listen at all to what you ask for. I had to even style my own hair.. all of this for $300? The salon is ignoring my calls and when I called and asked for a manger they hung up on me. She bleached and colored my hair while it was wet. Didn’t use hair protection on my hair.
