The main piercer girl gives false information on cleaning piercings and procedures for piercings. Was told that a piercing, that a lot of money was spent on, was real gold but was told at urgent care that it was fake and that’s why there was an infection. Came in to get it removed, replaced, or refunded with an appointment. Waited an hour past my appointment time because she was to busy talking. Very unprofessional and rude, needs to either be retrained or replaced.
I do not recommend seeing Max if you have young children coming for their first piercing and are feeling nervous. He was very harsh, blunt and forced my child to speak to him otherwise said he wouldn’t pierce her ears. Making her feel scared, not comfortable and ultimately making her want to leave. Prior to this interaction with him my 4 year old was sooo excited to get them done and he completely ruined that excitement and now I’m not sure she will ever want her ears pierced.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I came here about two years ago for a septum piercing with my dad, the piercer skillfully distracted me by making me tell my dad what jewelry I wanted and she pierced me when I wasn’t looking. It did not even hurt!!! This woman was a master. I only paid $75 for the piercing, a RAINBOW TITANIUM PIECE, a bottle of Dr. Pierce, and a great tip.
