thumbs up--barely . They are not too terribly expensive, and the haircut you end up with is perfectly acceptable, although mine ended up being quite shorterat I'd asked for. The attitude of most everyone there I dealt with is patronizing andly impersonal.It also gets a little crowded on the weekends. On the whole it's a fairly decent salon with good products, but most of the staff could use attitude adjustment.

Go for the color and no cut! If you do step foot in this salon I wouldn't recommend getting a hair cut. I had a huge gap missing in my hair and all i asked for was a trim. My hair was a complete mess and I was trying to grow it out. Now the time I went before the last time was great. Great highlights, and great cut, but the owner was there to give direction. The only other thing I can say is if you get hair extensions ask for Sarah.
Neat Fine Hair Strobel offers excellent service and is located on Frankfort Ave. This shop offers some best priced services that are competitive with others in the area. Friendly and knowledgeable hair artists who go out of their way to make your stay well deserved
