Loved this place! The haircut turned out great and the assistant that did my treatment and styling was amazing. I will definitely be back!
I had a bit of a rough experience my first visit, but I came back and the owner personally fixed my hair, and WOW. She did an amazing job on my balayage. She really listened to what I wanted, was so easy to work with, and made sure everything was exactly right. I left loving my hair and feeling taken care of. So glad I gave it another chance. Highly recommend Serap!
For all my 4c women: They are nice people however THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO OUR HAIR. They will try to charge you up to 600 dollars just because of our hair texture. If you have 1a-2c hair, this is doesn’t apply to you and they know how to do your hair. If not, don’t waste your time here. Find a salon that knows what they are doing. Alexis did a wonderful job on my perm! I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to get a perm done. She gave me beautiful loose waves.
I found hair stories online and read the reviews I was slightly skeptical at how good they were. But they are absolutely earned. I worked with Serap and she was wonderful at helping find the perfect hair color treatment and cut for my hair. I have been looking for a cut and color like this my whole adult life.
