I had an appointment recently and the service was quick and amazing! I was unsure of what I wanted but Ms. Song had some suggestions and I loved the outcome! I’ll definitely have to come back for another cut!
Song is a nice lady and great at cutting hair. However, I Would Not Recommend coming here for coloring or bleaching services. The results Do Not Reflect the service that cost me $360. I’m extremely disappointed with the outcome. The color is not what I asked for, and my hair was left extremely patchy with multiple uneven tones. I was told it would eventually blend together. I love coming here. I drive two hours from Jacksonville just to get a pixie cut here because I trust them and love the style.
I would rather not give her one star, however the public needs to know that this woman chen is a scammer when it comes to renting . She signed a lease with me , then 1 month after I moved in and signed a lease she made up an excuse and asked me to leave work hardly any notice. Took my deposit , and very rude. Talks about how she rather not be in America anymore , and wants to go back to Korea. She is not a genuine person, and her hair skills are way outdated and over priced.
