Sad to write this review I had high hopes working with Chen. I went to her one time to get a haircut and it went very well. So I came back to her to get my hair dyed. I was looking to go lighter than I was (I have black hair). We did a hair consultation and I throughly explained that my hair had been bleached in the past and I had to dye it black for military reasons. Song did a beautiful job with shampooing/conditioning my hair as well as cutting and styling! She went above and beyond to assist with products to help care for my hair as well as ways to style it without weighing it down :) Thank you so much!
