This place has zero customer care, they never listen and respect customer’s feedback. They never answer phone calls, I have no ideas how they run family business over decades with such a terrible service to their customers. I would not recommend this hair salon.

I normally don’t like leaving reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I came in for a simple trim—just to clean up the dead ends while keeping the shape and length I already had. I explained what I wanted clearly, and while I understand stylists sometimes offer suggestions, I felt completely dismissed and disrespected. Long-standing business. I have Korean hair, did magic straight. Hit or miss—if you have history of dry hair or thin hair, let them know before hand.* Will tell you the pricing begins at 200 over the phone. I was charged 250 (excluding tips).* Hair length: 1.5 inches past the ears, max. No Master Card.* Cash and Visa accepted. Don’t go when they’re busy.* Korean business focused on Korean hair.
