Went in with bellybutton-ish length hair asking for a trim, came out with my hair literally to my shoulders (if not above). I asked for 2-3in off length (we talked about it for at least 5mins before she did anything) and came out with at least 5in off. Not at all what I was wanting or what I asked for, extremely disappointed. I’ve been there once before and they did an okay-ish job, but this was horrible. Couldn’t be more upset. One star.
