I had such a wonderful experience with Kim at Hair and Spa Retreat. She is kind, professional, and made the entire appointment feel relaxing and enjoyable. Kim pays attention to detail and genuinely cares about her clients. I felt completely at ease and was so happy with the results. I loooove my nails each and every time I go to Kim! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service in Burlington!
It’s a nice place to get your nails done. Thank you to Kim she really nice and the others too they’re so friendly. Kim did an amazing job on my biogel nails.
I walked in today as I wanted to get a pedicure done. I didn't see anyone at the front desk so I walked in more and seen 2 employees working on clients and no one at the area for the pedicure. I walked back to the desk at the front entrance and waited another 5 mins and not one person asked me can I help you. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They lost a sale and I went somewhere else to get a pedicure.
Elnaz is amazing! She’s skilled, detailed, and super friendly. My nails look perfect and last long. Highly recommend! Douglas did an amazing job colouring my hair! He is incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I absolutely love the result, and the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend— you won’t regret it!
