you'd think when they offer free haircuts for kids that they would rush the customers through.... for the students to practice on the kids....instead I've been sitting in the parking lot for one and a half hours with no customers going in and out
I just had a facial and a pedicure by one of the students and it was great!
Just got done with my baylage with all over lavendar color. Omg I love it. she did fabulous. the instructors were great. Can't wait to come back.

Although this is a school and the students are still learning this Academy does not provide quality teaching or experience to all of its students. The student that worked on my hair needed a lot more guidance than she was given. I was dissatisfied with the outcome and it took several weeks for a response. In the end I was told that maybe this isn’t the place for me and that I should stick to a salon closer to home. Absolutely love this place, got my hair done here for my wedding and many other times just cause. They're always super sweet and nice! They work really hard and efficiently, and are always willing to work with you to get what you want.
