Clean place. I had long hair and asked for a trim to freshen up my long layers and add some bangs in preparation for my graduation. I had a nice blonde balayage which I loved and blended nicely into my dark brown hair. Stylist cut off six inches without telling me. With my curly hair it looks lopsided and all the balayage was removed. I have never felt ugly leaving a salon. What a gem !! Seriously tho !! Where else on the planet much less Hawaii has the skill to wrap THIS level of perm ? No one !! This salon tho DOES !! Most everyone here is way talented but I went to HELEN . The results were exactly what I hoped for a “punch perm “ from Japan popularized by working class and yakuza Japanese men I am a fan for life and you will be too! Thank you hair and soul !
They all rock it! Easy, convenient, consistent, neighborhood feel, very reasonable, and just a nice place to enjoy a haircut for guys. Everyone is courteous and nice. Women seem happy with it too. Great price and looking good too! ;) 12/28 Still rocking it!
