We called in the morning to see if we could fit a haircut, and she had told us to come in around 3:30 and she could fit us in. We were then told to wait 45 minutes because she was running behind. Not great, but we decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and wait. After the 45 minutes, we checked back in, only to see that she still had two people ahead of us and it would be an additional hour, and that her co-worker was also too busy for us (who was just sitting in her chair). My stylist did great work on my hair and I appreciated her skill. However, I had repeated issues with scheduling — on multiple visits I waited over an hour past my appointment time without any communication, and noticed other clients being worked on during my scheduled slot. Unfortunately, the lack of communication around wait times became a dealbreaker for me. Hair quality was good, but time management and client communication need improvement.”
She did my hair EXACTLY like I asked her! I was so pleased! And she told me how to keep it up. I really appreciatee her. And the salon and atmosphere was wonderful and so much fun. I'm excited to book with her again. My husband loved it and I loved it. Felicia has a customer for life.
My first time coming to this hair salon and I was disappointed. I didn't get a hair consultation on my hair when I first met her. I sat there for two hours when my appointment was at 5. No heads up that I was going to have to wait that long. I told her my how my hair was and you still sat me in the chair just to send me home without doing my hair. Try to charge me extra . Wasted my time!!! I will not be going back.
It's the cut and color for me. I just Love the Love and passion she has for her clients and our hair. I've got the hottest pixie cut in town thanks to her. And my color is so fiery 🔥 Thank you Felicia
