They don’t even know what a fringe french crop is. All they know is to do only the sides and back. And I also said to trim a little bit off the top and it is not a little bit at all. I wish I could rate it a negative 5 out of 5 stars. Not recommended.

I booked an appointment after confirming the listed prices, but when I arrived, a trainee was assigned to work on my hair without notice. He needed constant guidance and I had to point out areas he missed. Despite the posted price being $15, I was charged $45. When I paid with a $50 bill, the owner delayed giving me my change, implying the $5 would be taken as an extra tip. Overall, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional
