We made an appointment and she was running over an hour behind. She never called to adjust our appointment and she never communicated how late she was going to be. We sat in the waiting room the entire time. We asked for face framing layers and she hacked my daughter’s hair off. She was supposed to dye the sides as well and obviously cut the processing time super short.
