Very disappointing experience. There was no customer service at all. I showed the stylist a photo of the haircut I wanted and she still didn’t follow it. When I tried to explain, she told me not to “teach” her, which was rude and unprofessional. Of course I have to tell her what I want, it is my hair. The result was nothing like what I asked for and my hair is now ruined. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this salon to anyone.

It’s my first time trying this salonn, Amazing experience at this hair salon! I want to give a special shoutout to Cammy, who is truly an incredible hairdresser. She really understands which hairstyle suits different face shapes, personal styles, and even the outfits we usually wear. Her attention to detail is outstanding.
Today the counting stuck at one number and next number is mine. I wait 1 hour to change it to next number which was mine. They are calling customer by themself and no one bothered about the counting. And I got hair cut in 2-3 minutes. Totally waste of 20$. Needles to find someone else.
